Mark holds a B.S. in Computer Science (minor in music) from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. His programming-related interests include artificial intelligence, game programming, and user interaction. In August he will start graduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington.

Mark’s primary hobby is classical violin, which he has pursued since the age of four. He has played with professional orchestras, toured Eastern Europe with a youth orchestra, and played solos with orchestras at the youth and college level.

Mark was forced to learn how to cook when in middle school. He actually enjoys it, but don’t tell anyone.

In his spare time, Mark occasionally enjoys kung fu, tennis, drawing, and writing — in approximately that order. After about three paragraphs, it turns out, he feels very strange about writing in the third person.

Mark enjoys Sam Adams beer and is scared of dancing because he thinks he would look like an idiot.
